How soon can I get the quotation?
We will provide ASAP, within 24 hours after receiving your detailed drawing.
What type of design files does PowerWinx accept for quotation?
In order to provide an accurate and timely quote, we accept 3D CAD files in STEP ,sldprt .x_t or IGES format, 2D CAD drawings with reference dimensions in format to include DWG and PDF. All of the PowerWinx processes are dependent on good 3D CAD solid models.
How long is the Delivery for Your Industrial Part?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity. Normally, 7 days to 20 days after your deposit. We will try our best to shorten our lead time according to customer’s demands.
Will PowerWinx sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)?
Yes. PowerWinx always keeps customer information confidential. If it gives you peace-of-mind to sign an NDA we are more than willing to do so.
How can you guarantee the quality?
Quality is our culture. Quality control department set up control plan before starting the project, and all PPAP report will be provided to the whole process.
